Meet Your Teacher: Yoga with Livia Marati

Livia Marati, founder of Ina Wellness Collective, is a 200-Hour RYT through Yoga Alliance. She teaches a blend of hatha and vinyasa style yoga fusing together meditation, breathwork and mindful movement. Livia has been practicing yoga for 14+ years, and received her yoga teacher certification through Zuna Yoga in Bali. Since then, she's deepened her practice with additional certifications in Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, Yoga & Lunar Cycles, Slow Flow, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga and Sound Healing. She also hosts yoga retreat immersions in Guam, Saipan and Kauai. Her goal is to support students at all levels reconnect with their bodies and breath while finding balance.
